Once again, Chef Mark and his team of pastry Ninjas have outdone themselves. This year, instead of a gingerbread house, they made Royal Park gingerbread train. This train is so realistic looking, most people don’t realize that it’s made entirely of gingerbread and other dessert ingredients. The level of detail is mind-boggling. Even the rocks in-between the wood slats of the rail are made with candy. Amazing!
We’ve been photographing this event for many years and it always signifies the beginning of the holiday season. The event is a fundraiser partnership with the Salvation Army as part of their Red Kettle Campaign so we hope that you can all go checkout the gingerbread train in the lobby and stay for dinner and dessert.
