Michigan wedding and portrait photography
Tonight the kids from our church (kindergarten through 5th grade) led the worship part of the service. It was really neat to see these young kids having so much fun. They put on a little David vs. Goliath play and then there was lots of singing and dancing and fun.
Today was a busy day for portraits. In the morning we did photos for the Renke family. The occasion was for Nick’s confirmation.
We had first met the Renke’s back in October of 2005 when we did a photoshoot with the kids playing at Van Hoosen Farms.
In the evening we did more of a fashion style shoot for the Darancou family.
Today we did some pics with baby Dylan and boy was he ever a riot. He was just giggling and smiling all over the place…he sure made our job easy!!
Well, we’re moved in to our new house now…no photos to show yet because it’s still somewhat messy. We’ve been working on getting the studio up and running for some portrait shoots.
We had our first shoot yesterday for some basic headshots. We’re definitely looking forward to the upcoming season!!

Last nights wedding was fantastic. It was held at the groom’s brother’s mansion which was absolutely spectacular. The bride and groom were very laid back and great to work with. The bride and groom had a Jewish wedding ceremony followed by a dinner and then just a lot of time relaxing and singing and laughing with friends and family.
