This evening, we did the engagement photos for Kellee and Wyatt in downtown Birmingham. Here are some of our favorites:

Tonight we did some high school senior pics for Alessandro. He had a perfect mix of serious faces and smiles.

Tonight was Bobby and Keesha’s wedding at Beacon Hill Golf Club. We started the day walking around in downtown Milford hoping that the rain would stay away, and it did! The day turned out absolutely beautiful! Keesha and Bobby had a very relaxed itinerary so they got to spend a lot of time having fun together.

Yesterday, John and Leslie had a beautiful Greek Orthodox wedding followed by their reception at the Royalty House in Warren.

This evening we shot an engagement session with Mike and Kate on the beautiful grounds at Cranbrook.

Tonight, we had another advanced photo class and the Dani and Jody Medford and their kids graciously came over to help us out and be our models for the day again. Here are just a few pics from tonight:

Tonight, I held week 3 of my advanced photo class. The goal of today was to do an actual photo shoot and walk through the entire processing and sales presentation with my students.
About half an hour before the shoot it was pouring rain and hailing like crazy…it was total insanity! We weren’t sure what we were going to do.
But right before our models/friends (Jody and Dani Medford) came over, our prayers were answered and the sky cleared up for the photo shoot. By the time the class was done, it was dark and storming and miserable again!

Mark and Kate got married today at Kensington church and had their reception at beautiful Pine Lake Country Club.
One thing that I noticed all day long was the way that Kate looked at Mark. You could see the smile in her eyes.

Last week, I took a business class down in Illinois. I met some really cool people while I was there – Jeff and Allison Rodgers from AllisonRodgers Photography . They are great photographers and it was really cool sharing ideas and just hanging out. It was nice to have buddies while I was down there since Cheridy was at home for this one. Here’s a photo that Jeff took that he just sent.

Lindsey is one of our brides for later this year and she thought it would be a fun idea to get some pics with her brothers for mothers day. They couldn’t forget about Jack the dog!!
