Inn at St John Wedding Photography

The winter isn’t a season of spending much time at weddings or wedding receptions. It’s so fun to be a wedding photographer, though, where things are just a little bit different than the “usual”. The colors are often a little different, there are cute shoulder wraps, the flower arrangements are different as well.

We had been looking forward to spending more time with Nick and Brittany again. Really good people; super laid back, fun sense of humor and knowing that Brittany had a fun “guy detail” on the cake (Spiderman to be exact!) you know they let each other be who they are.
It was cold outside, don’t let their sweet faces fool you – brrrrr! But like the troopers they are, they got out there and have some nice photos from this time of year.

From getting ready at the Inn at St John hotel room to driving to downtown Northville, they enjoyed it all. And Kathy Byrum from Dream Wedding Planners took care of it all for them. Static cling in the winter…of course there is, but Kathy saved the day with her planning. She had the spray and made life for the bridesmaids good again.

And I’m not sure if it’s in my head or not but their DJ, Fletcher from Music Box is working with us at every wedding we do at Inn at St John’s!
Petit Fleur did an incredible job with all the flowers as usual!

Thanks you guys for letting us share the day with you, congrats and happiness to your new life together!
