Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks 2009 in New York City

Currently there are (2) comments.Before leaving New York, we had the pleasure of getting to watch one of the most impressive displays of fireworks in the whole world. Our friends Jeff and Angela have an apartment in the city and we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop which is at around 40 stories. This year the fireworks were on the Hudson River side in honor of the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson.
We watched the impressive show and then I took a few more pics from the roof showing some city scenes:

Hummm, which fireworks where better – the Maskills or Macy’s? How’s a son-in-law to answer? Ha!
