I read your “how we got started” section, and I am even more inspired to make my business work than ever. I have very recently started my photography company specializing in Christian events and families. It would mean a lot if you could take a look at some of my work and any critiques and advice are greatly appreciated. I too started shooting photos as a hobby and am trying to make it into a full time business. Thank you for your time and I hope to stay in contact with you.

I just read your story and it is so inspiring. I am currently an aerospace engineer in Connecticut and I’m thinking about wedding photography on the side, as a supplemental income, and if I succeed, moving it to be my full time job. Engineering is great, the pay is decent, but the stress and lack of creativity drives me insane every day. I’m only 25 – I have my whole life ahead of me! Good for you, your photos are beautiful, and I hope that one day I can write a success story like this! :)

Man, I sure wish we could have afforded you at our wedding. Of course, that was a few years back, before you were in biznez, so I can use that as our excuse. As it stands, we had the el-cheapo wedding celebration which included a friend of a friend who had a decent camera. Ummm, not exactly a work of art if you know what I’m saying. Still the BEST day of my life and no regrets. No debt to start off our “happily ever after”. However, I will be ABSOLUTELY SURE to recommend your service to ANYONE who is looking for a photographer! Amazing. My two girls and I are sitting here enjoying every photo on your blog! I am home schooling the kiddos, and this is our “art” class for the day :) You are gifted. THanks for sharing.
