The first step in the process is the initial booking. Before most people book, the question that everyone asks is "How much will it cost?" That is a very tough question because it depends on what you do with the photos.
We want to create images and products that will become family heirlooms that will be past down to your children and their children. To do that we come up with creative things that can be done with the photos.
Here's a quick breakdown of how the process works.

2) We will make a quick follow up phone call to discuss the photo shoot with you.
If it looks like our studio might be a good match for you, we will send out a brief online information packet.
4) You can look over the packet and call us with any questions.
5) Call us to schedule/book your photo session and viewing session and pay the retainer fee.
6) We will email you out a thorough online information and planning packet to help you prep for the shoot.
7) Do the photo shoot
8) Fill out a checklist to help think about what you might want to do with the photos later

10) Recieve your pictures
If you have a wedding package booked with us, the engagement shoot is usually included and there is no additional fee or contract necessary.
For those booking an engagement shoot without a wedding contract, the session fee is $375 of which up to $175 comes back as a credit that can be used at the time of ordering. The amount of the credit will depend on the details of the photo shoot itself including what we're doing and where we're doing it, and that can be discussed before booking. Average investments can be upward of $1300 but we've had some people spend $500 and others spend $3000 so it just depends on what you want to do with the photos later. Every package is custom designed for each client.
The photo shoot will take place on the scheduled date/time and a few of our favorite photos from the shoot will be posted on our blog. The photos will then be edited and prepped for your ordering session and we pre-design some ideas of what you might want to do with the photos.
You will get to see and order your photos during your ordering session which can take an hour for someone that is prepared or over two hours for someone that is not. Anyone that wants to make decisions during the ordering session needs to be there. In the packet of information that we'll send you, it will contain information about how to prepare for the ordering session.
During the ordering session, you and anyone else you choose will come to our home-studio and we will project the photos on a large screen and help you to make decisions of which images to buy and what to do with them.
