Yesterday we got to hang out with our good friends the Cesario’s. We’ve known them for years and unfortunately don’t get to see them as often as we would like. Our kids and their kids had a riot together and while they were here, we got the chance to do some pics of their children.
As many of you know, about two years ago, we found an amazing property. It’s an old farmhouse that was completely restored by a woodworker who did an amazing job. The property had so much potential for our family and our business. Since we purchased it, we were using it as a rental property until we could come up with a long term plan.
Last night, there was a fire and sadly the house is a total loss.
Thank the Lord that our tenants and their kids made it out safely.
Here’s a few pics:
This is what it used to look like:
I’m not sure how I forgot to blog about this!
At the end of November last year, our family did a vacation to the Atlantis in the Bahamas. Our friend and co-worker Chelsea came with us.
It was very relaxing and we had a lot of days filled with sitting by the pool, playing with the kids, taking naps, and lots of relaxing.
We stayed at the beautiful Atlantis resort and the boys loved seeing the sharks, fish, stingray and other marine life every day.
It was a great week for everyone!!
We even got to see an intimate beach wedding. The Atlantis is an amazing place for a Caribbean destination wedding.

I just finished completing our family’s year in review video. Some of the video clips embedded in the slideshow are pretty funny!
So this morning we decided to have some fun in the studio and reenact my senior photos from 19 years ago. The originals were shot by Patrick Studios in Warren and as far as I know, they are still in business and going strong which is a pretty amazing testament to them! One of the photos I didn’t have a matching background so I had to use the one from my original (hope you don’t mind Patrick). The other is our yearbook headshot background that we use. Anyway…we had a blast shooting them. My wife and assistant got a good laugh at me trying to squeeze into my old suit. I still have the same suit and tie and this is the only one I’ve ever owned. It took me about 7 tries to tie my tie because I haven’t done that in YEARS.
